Pirate Nation Our 8th grade class is raffling off a 50-inch TV. The winner will be announced at our annual homecoming block party. Each ticket is $5 a piece. The money is going towards the 8th grade class. You can buy a ticket from any 8th grader or see Ms. Andrade or Coach N. Smith. Huge thank you to The Marlin Walmart for their donation to the 8th grade class to make this possible.

The Annual Wendy Hendershot Food Drive will begin October 6, 2023!
This food drive is to benefit the Food Pantry in our community held every 3rd Saturday of the month!

Monday, October 2 - Dia de Chancla (Wear sandals or crocs)
Tuesday, October 3 - Dia de Bandera (Wear colors of Hispanic flag)
Wednesday, October 4 - Dia de Camiseta (Support your favorite team by wearing a jersey)
Thursday, October 5 - Dia de Vaquero/Vaquera (Wear your western attire)
Friday, October 6 - Dia de Latino (Wear attire that represents any Hispanic culture). The Hispanic heritage program will be on Friday, October 6, 2023 at 2:45 pm in the gymnasium.
Also, parents, please remember that the scholastic book fair begins this week (October 2 - October 6).

Tonight the Pirates will travel to Trinity ISD to take on Deweyville. Kick-off is at 6pm.
