REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS STATEMENTS

Chilton Independent School District (“CISD”) is soliciting statements of qualifications (“Qualifications”) from qualified Construction Manager at Risk firms for program planning, and construction administration in connection with construction of new baseball field and potential upcoming bond program, 905 Durango Street, Chilton, Tx 76632
Qualification Packets may be obtained in person at the Chilton ISD Administration Building located at 905 Durango Street, Chilton, Tx 76632, on the School District website by following the link, https://www.chiltonisd.org/doc... or by emailing Dr. Brandon Hubbard at bhubbard@chiltonisd.org for a digital copy of the packet.
Submissions of qualifications should be mailed to ATTN: RFQ- Construction Manager at Risk, Chilton ISD, 905 Durango Street, Chilton, Tx 76632.
The current deadline to submit Qualifications is August 12, 2022. All firms submitting qualification should be prepared for potentially making a presentation to the Chilton ISD Board of Trustees. All questions regarding this invitation must be submitted in writing to Dr. Brandon Hubbard, Superintendent, Chilton ISD, as the same address noted above. Further details are included in the District’s Request for Qualifications package. The District reserves the right to reject all submissions and to waive any formalities.
