The Chilton ISD Athletic Department, in partnership with Goodside Health, will offer FREE sports physicals for all student-athletes, cheerleaders, and band participants on Thursday, April 21, 2022 between 1:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. All students participating in extra-curriculars will be required to complete a physical for the 2022-2023 school year.
