The Chilton ISD, in partnership with the Heart of Texas Council of Governments, is hosting a community health fair on Thursday, August 12, 2021 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. The health fair will be held in the Chilton ISD gymnasium. The following services will be offered during this community event:
- Answers to Medicare and Medicaid questions
- Free Health Screenings
- Snacks
- Preparedness Information
- Free COVID Vaccinations for community members 12 years and older.
